A home recently staged by Fresh ID Staging was not on the market for long. Within 5 days an offer was made and the home was sold in 2 weeks! Many of the comments were about the great yard. Since the yard could not show its true beauty due to the time of year we used a picture that the seller had taken the previous summer when the yard was at its best. The seller had the photo enlarged and copied onto a canvas. The canvas was created by Personalization Mall.com.
During staging, we placed the canvas on an easel so potential buyers could look outside and see how beautiful the backyard would become. It was a definite selling feature and a great idea! In fact, the buyers asked for the canvas in the contract!
