Fresh ID Staging Consultation
Lets get started with a consultation that begins with a complete walk through of your home from top to bottom.  Overall first impressions will be noted as I take a mental inventory of what is in your house.  I will address the furniture, accessories, room focal points, flow, balance, lighting, clutter, paint, odors, strengths and weaknesses and how to make your home market ready.  If time permits, a few main areas will be staged to help visualize a transformed space.  Further services and recommendations will be discussed.  Up to 2 hours

Fresh ID Staging Day
This can be done in ½ day or more.  Fresh ID Staging will work to implement some or all of the concerns identified in our home consultation.  We will work to get the home in show-ready condition.  This would include curb appeal, room transformations with your furnishings and accessories or those purchased or rented for staging day.  We will hang artwork and address other enhancements.   Recommendations for home repairs, cleaning, painting and other suggestions discussed during the consultation should be completed before staging day.

Fresh ID Vacant Home Staging
A vacant home is missing an IDENTITY and is anything but warm and inviting.  Empty rooms appear smaller!  Buyers cannot visualize their furniture fitting into the spaces.  Fresh ID Staging will give each room an identity and purpose.  We will consider the target market so potential buyers will visualize living in the home.  A one of a kind design will be accomplished with rental furnishings.  FILL IT UP FRESH!

Fresh ID Redesign Service
We will make your space “FRESH AND GREEN” by using your existing furnishings and accessories to make dramatic transformations you will love!  Purchases may be suggested to enhance or complete the room.  Fresh ID Staging will work to reflect YOUR style and make your new space beautiful, fresh and functional, while also looking out for future resale value!

Fresh ID Shopping Service
Reduce your stress level!   Fresh ID Staging can shop for those investment purchases that were identified during the consultation.  Items might include new towels, bedding, window treatments, outdoor plantings, accessories, and lighting.  All items purchased will be available for staging day.  These investment items can be used in your new home as well!  We will work within your budget.

Fresh ID Open House Fluffing
Make your home “FRESH AS A DAISY” for the very important open house!  Last minute fluffing, freshening, flower arranging, and making sure the home is ready to greet the buyers!

Fresh ID “LESS IS MORE DÉCOR” for Senior Citizens
We specialize in downsizing and making those hard emotional decisions on what goes to the new place.  We will work with you to help make the moving process easier and prepare your home for the market if needed.

Fresh ID Space Planning and Furniture Selection
This includes a consultation to measure rooms and discuss the needs of the client.  Floor plans are generated for the client to show furniture placement and scale.  Fresh ID Staging can help you select furniture, art, and accessories from local furniture stores.

Fresh Palette Color Consultation
Do you need help making color decisions?  Fresh ID Staging can make color recommendations for your home.  Furnishings, artwork, lighting, room design and flow, psychology, and the client’s color preferences will be considered.
